CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT INFORMATION

Check-in time is 12:00 noon. It may be possible to arrange an earlier check-in time, subject to availability. Check-out time is 10:00am. If you require a later check-out time, please let us know at the time of booking. An extra charge applies.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE

We offer airport shuttles to and from Entebbe airport for our guests. The charge is US $35.00 per person or US $50.00 for groups of 2 – 5 people sharing.

PAY ON ARRIVAL PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Makindye Country Club does not accept travelers cheques. Payment can be made by the following means: US $’s cash (2003 series and above), cheque or Uganda shillings at the current bank rate are also acceptable.

We also accept major local and international credit cards including Visa, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Master Card & American Express. There is a 5% surcharge on all payments made by credit cards. For payments made with a US $ cheque drawn on a US bank account, a US $50.00 clearing charge applies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation or changes to bookings need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. For less than 24 hours prior communication, a minimum of one night per room will be charged.

Voucher code validity is stated on your Voucher. Pay only the discounted amount on arrival or online. Each voucher will earn you one offer. The rates quoted are nightly.
